Which is more dangerous: the noodles or the spices?

As someone who has worked in the world's largest instant noodle factory, I felt the need to answer this question.

Noodle Block

Regarding the noodle block itself, the noodle block is made using wheat flour, alkaline water, and clean water. Alkaline water is made of salt, riboflavin, guargum, and a few other company secret ingredients, usually ending in the word glutamate.  All these ingredients are mixed together like when you make bread dough.

The noodle dough is made into sheets, made into strands, steamed, cut into noodle blocks, then fried in palm oil.

All salt content, riboflavin, guargum, and these ingredients have been tested for quality and quantity in the factory laboratory and also in government-owned laboratories.

Just like when you create a home industry, for example a bakery.  Parties from the MUI, the Ministry of Health and various other agencies will come to your UKM and check that all the materials and equipment you use are safe and the products are fit for consumption.

Why can noodle blocks last up to 9 months and even 1 year when in the Middle East?

The noodle blocks are durable because the water content is maintained.  Under 3.5% You understand what that means right? A food can be preserved because the water content is kept as low as possible. That's why the crackers that you store can last even though they have been stored for several months. Dried tea leaves can be stored for months.

I work in a noodle factory in the Middle East. Humidity in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) countries is very low You can store the crackers in an open jar for the whole day and they won't stagnate. Moreover, only Indomie. The outside has been wrapped in plastic, the environmental conditions are also low in humidity, so the noodles will last longer.

Instant Noodle Seasoning

Instant noodle seasoning is made from salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate, and several other ingredients to make it taste unique. There is a special Soto Mie, a special chicken broth, etc.

Noodle seasoning contains salt, so eating lots of noodle seasoning can make you hypertensive.

All Foods Consumed in Excessive, Dangerous

Not just instant noodles. You eat white rice every day you can get diabetes. Eating a basket of carrots instead of being healthy can turn into diarrhea. Eating 1 sack of oranges instead of being healthy, you have diarrhea.

That means eat enough. Not excessive.

Which is More Dangerous, the Noodles or the Seasoning?

Nothing dangerous, as long as you eat in moderation.

Instant noodles are made with wheat flour, alkaline water, clean water and fried in palm oil. This means that noodles contain carbohydrates, fat, and several other vitamins. It's not much. That's why it is recommended to eat instant noodles with additional food ingredients such as vegetables, eggs, or meat.
