Burnt food. Pls really don't eat the items on the satay. Or if you're grilling meat when you're all you can eat, please don't burn it. It's delicious, but it's a carcinogen that triggers the most effective, worst, and most cursed cancer. Even his crimes are worse than instant noodles.
In the sun, don't use spf. For both men and women, please really use what's called a sun screen. To break down exposure to ultraviolet rays that cause skin cancer, especially those with a history of yes..
For women who are not diligent in checking the condition of the cervix. Especially those who are already in active contact. Pls have a Pap smear every 3 years. Or the HPV vaccine when you're still a virgin. You can even have active intercourse, but first have a Pap smear. Make sure it can be vaccinated or not
Asep2an. Cigarette smoke, vehicle smoke, industrial residue smoke, chemicals that shouldn't be in perfume or dry cleaners. Aaaargh… that's why before there was corona I was wearing a mask everywhere. At least reduce exposure to smoke.
Rarely wash hands. Our hands often touch this and that. Then the hands often touch the face and are used to eat. Hands must be clean to minimize inhalation or ingestion of chemicals.
While scientists have identified the source of acrylamide, they haven't established that it is definitely a carcinogen in humans when consumed at the levels typically found in cooked food. A 2015 review of available data concluded that “dietary acrylamide is not related to the risk of most common cancers”. The rest of what you say is just as bad.

Show the conclusive proof !!! or it's not proven, there are too many people stating their own facts, people don't habitually live on or eat burnt food, but often it's the best and tastiest bit and I have spent my lifetime eating the burnt bits and I am nearly 80, digesting the burnt bits is what your stomach acids are for, while continuously breathing in certain smoke residues like cig smoke can be bad for people it is human nature to avoid acidic or unpleasant smells which could be dangerous and your nose tells you if it's safe or not, it's easy to point the finger at vehicle exhaust and they did that 60 yrs ago and we went lead free with heavy gummidge on the vehicle to clean and scrub the exhaust which on regularly serviced private cars works, it's the warn injectors on council buses and trucks who pollute, those who do point and accuse like Extreme Rebellion are secretly financed by mega rich investors who have interests in battery power, so has anybody thought where the rubber goes as tyres wear down, or the exhaust spores from air conditioning? if any form of evidence is found by a supposedly scientific body like a university find out who paid for the research and it is almost always a vested interest
I'll not heed any of your warnings, and I'll have a much better, freer, happier life for having done so. Living in fear with self-imposed unusual restrictions sounds like a sad way to live. I ride motorcycles and ATV's, go hiking in the wilderness, track my car, climb tall things for fun, and if/when I die, it will have been a great ride.
Please rephrase #2 better. It turns out that SPF stands for Sun Protection Factor, and it's a metrics that refers to the strength of the sun screen product. So, you have spf-15, spf-20, spf-30, spf-45 and so forth, the higher the number the highest the strength.
